Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: We pack and hand off these orders to our carriers within 1–2 business days, counting Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are sealed in insulated cold-chain packaging and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.

International Shipping

merittheme currently delivers to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union member countries.

• Estimated Transit Time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• Customs, Duties & Taxes: Shipments crossing international borders may incur import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs processing charges when they reach the destination country. These charges are set by the destination country's customs authority, not by merittheme, and must be paid by the recipient.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you an automated shipping confirmation email with a tracking link and the name of the carrier handling your delivery.

If your tracking number has not arrived, or the tracking page shows no updates within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team and include your order number so we can investigate promptly.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Because we work to dispatch orders quickly, processing begins soon after your order is placed.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We take responsibility for getting your order to you in good condition:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable product arrives spoiled, damaged, or otherwise compromised because of a shipping delay, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement right away.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but it never arrived, or if any items arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
